We have a number of reward schemes in place to recognise individual and team effort and excellence. There is a strong emphasis on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and rewarding suggestions to bring about such improvements.

Social Aspects

We have a social committee which is responsible for organising fund and social events, offering staff the chance to get to know each other better. Staff are also encouraged to get involved in numerous fund raising activities throughout the year which are organised by the charity committee.
